  • The patient portal can be accessed through a link emailed to you when you establish as a patient with us or by downloading the Healow app to your smart device. We will then provide you with the practice code to complete the setup.

  • You should receive a text message shortly after medications are ordered electronically by your provider. If you are expecting a prescription and do not receive a text message same-day please reach out to us.

    Be advised that we typically respond to all refill requests within 24-48 hours.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please understand that we may need to reschedule your visit. We have established this policy to limit wait times and to ensure adequate time with our providers to address your health concerns.

  • If you do not see your labwork results in the patient portal or have not received any notification from our office regarding test results within one week after having them done, please reach out to us.

  • You can reach out to us via the messaging system within the patient portal or by calling us at 817-763-8300. We aim to respond to messages quickly—usually within two business days.
